The Year in Numbers:
- 800 students learned in new classrooms
- 1,218 teachers received training
- 367 students received sponsorship support
- Nearly 70,000 students benefited from improved English teaching
- 117 girls received reusable period packs
- 172 food parcels supported families affected by conflict and inflation
This Annual Report covers activities from September 2024 to August 2025. This year, Together We Learn continued to adapt against the challenges faced by Ethiopia from ongoing conflict to economic instability. Nevertheless, we remained strong in our mission
This year also marked an important step forward in developing Together We Learn’s Strategic Vision for 2025–2027, focused on strengthening locally led approaches and deepening partnerships within Ethiopia.
One of the organisation’s proudest achievements this year has been the continued success of its phonics-based teacher training programme. The programme is now receiving increasing recognition from regional and national education authorities, creating opportunities for wider curriculum change and long-term impact.
