We employ a number of staff in Ethiopia to ensure our projects are run well and have a real impact for the communities where we work. Many of our staff started out as teachers, so they have a real understanding of the challenges facing teachers and students, and a number of our staff have worked in social care for many years.
We employ staff in the UK to support the running of our programmes and fundraise. Our Chief Executive is the only full-time member of staff, the rest of the team work two or three days a week to support the work of the organisation.
Our board of trustees in the UK ensure that the organisation is meeting our objectives and contribute valuable skills to our work.
