The Azezo Elementary School is situated on an open site beside the road that leads from Gondar, through the village of Azezo. Just over 1,400 pupils from grades 1 to 8 learn in a shift-system where half of the young people attend the school for four hours in the morning and the other half attend in the afternoon.
Thanks to our sponsorship programme and generous contribution from the school community, we built a brand new laboratory for the pupils of Azezo Elementary! The staff and pupils are all very excited with this and have already started using the laboratory! Here’s a photo gallery showing the laboratory in-the-making and the completed building with its keen learners and staff!
